Return Period

Our returns policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and quality assurance of our products.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on products that meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition
  • Products must have been shipped by Compra Gomas
  • Items must be returned with proof of purchase
  • Products must be faulty due to manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items received compared to order specifications

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Tyres that show signs of mounting or use
  • Custom-ordered or specially manufactured tyres
  • Tyres damaged due to improper installation or use
  • Products with removed or damaged labels/markings

Refund Process

1. Return Receipt

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and send you an email confirmation of receipt.

2. Return Inspection

Our quality control team will assess the returned items to verify the reported issues and eligibility for refund.

3. Refund Processing

If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Important Notes

  • Shipping Costs:

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Partial Orders:

    For orders containing multiple items, refunds will only be issued for the defective or incorrect items, not the entire order.

  • Delivery Issues:

    We cannot process refunds for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses or customer unavailability.
